We know that care products are needed on time, every time. Here is how delivery works at Adaptive Picks.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Orders to Nairobi, Juja, Ruiru, Thika and the wider Kiambu area are delivered by our own riders, while orders to other towns are sent through trusted courier partners.
Delivery times
- Nairobi, Juja, Thika & Kiambu: same day for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM, otherwise next day.
- Major towns (Nakuru, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru and others): 1–2 working days.
- Remote areas: 2–4 working days.
Delivery fees
A flat delivery fee is shown at checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown on the cart page ship free of charge.
Discreet packaging
Every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team calls or texts you to confirm the delivery location and time. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page.
